After visiting Spain several times  decided that one day I would like to relocate to the eastern coast where the people very friendly and the lifestyle most agreeable however we knew this would not be for quite some time.

We were made aware of the fears and problems people were experiencing in the difficult and daunting prospect of purchasing a property in a foreign country where few people spoke their language.  The gathering of correct legal and useful information can prove very difficult and confusing at the best of times for the individual therefore we formed our company in 1986 originally to assist and guide family and friends.  People began to recommend our services to others including several charities when we were only to glad to assist in avoiding the pitfalls and stumbling blocks.  The company relocated to Spain permanently in 2002 and is legally registered with the Mercantile in Murcia.   

 With the natural beauty of the coastlines of the Costa Calida, Costa Blanca and Murcia also some of the breathtaking scenery inland - it is a great injustice for visitors who are looking for property in Spain to be restricted to areas purely on the grounds of agency and company boundaries - we offer variety and choice on an individual basis.

The most important factor is to choose the area most suited to you – a property you can find or can have built to your specification but the area cannot be changed.

The areas within the brochure are becoming very popular - there are new properties being constructed for people who are looking for a holiday home, permanent residence or for investment and from reformation projects to fincas and commercial premises.

We specialise in properties to suit all tastes and price ranges from expensive coastal villas to inexpensive inland finca. We pay a great deal of attention to meeting all our clients needs and offer a full range of property services.   

We prefer our clients to have a certain amount of freedom when coming across to view properties and at a time and date to suit them.   You simply book your own flights and we can arrange accommodation and take you there from the airport.   All we ask is you allow us the first day or two to show you the area and a few properties within your criteria.
